Twitch Prime and Amazon won't link ( for the free skin shard )

Hi! So I wanted to connect my twitch prime to my amazon account because of the free skin shard that league is giving away. Unfortunately when I try to link the two accounts together, it tells me it's unable to link the two accounts and that I'm not an amazon prime member (and I most definitely know I am because I just payed the bill). This is really frustrating because I've been trying for two days now. Anyone also having this issue or have any solutions to this?

(Also when I'm in a party with friends after a game, my client constantly spams me with "this room requires a password" and i cant click the store or my hextech loot.)
