My CLIENT Basically Resets D:

Every time I log out of league to shut off my computer, the next time when I log on, my whole account is basically reset. My rune pages will be gone and I have to create them all over again each time. The stats section on my profile keeps welcoming me to season 2019 and I've clicked the okay button so many times. My hours played and KDA ratio hasn't even changed either. It's starting to get really annoying considering I've been patient with it for like 4 months now. Does anyone else have this issue????

Riot help me. I'm losing my sanity.
