Smart cast
My friend as been playing since season 1 and he was gold 2 a month ago when he found out about smart casting. After using smart cast for a month, he is now plat 2. Smart cast op.

Smart cast reduces time required to cast spells and therefore improves your reflexive response time. Of course, if you ask me, everyone should be using it.
Kudos to your buddy for being mechanically decent enough to make it to gold without it though
