Make Akali's Q a skill shot?

I don't necessarily believe this is what should happen, it's just a thought. What if Akali got the ebola treatment and her Q was made into a skill shot?

Her laning phase would be hurt a little, as it would be slightly harder to CS using her Q.
Her combo would be slightly harder, because even if you ult, then q-e, it's still possible to miss a point blank skill shot.

This would give Akali players more opportunities to make mistakes, resulting in an indirect nerf without affecting her maximum damage potential. I think we all remember the Rengar change and agree it was good. Could that work for Akali?

Reminder: Akali's burst combo without using her ult twice is 640(+1.7AP)(+.6AD) at level 18. Making her lose the main portion of that (260 +.9 AP) with no compensation is bad. First, you basically removed her laning phase, and second, you made her ENTIRELY useless in anything other than a 1v1 vs immobile champions.

Not to mention, Akali isn't Diana. Diana has her utility to fall back on, while Akali is a glass-cannon machine that has, other than her less-than-useful spellvamp, literally zero utility. Her shroud is easily negated by stealth-revealing mechanics and AoE damage.

Her damage is on the lower end of the assassin class already - Katarina, LeBlanc and Fizz outdamage her by far.

They need to change SOMETHING in her kit. Her mechanics are so simple that the only reason she loses games at all is people fall asleep in boredom playing her.

Her main difficulty comes from decision-making at the split-second. Since her kit leaves zero room for misplays and is very unforgiving, her gameplay mechanics better be easy.

They cannot change essential parts of her kit (her ult or her Q) without completely ruining her gameplay.

idk her laning phase is strong right now if you know what yo're doing, which is always keeping Q on the enemy laner to zone them, despite people saying akali's early game was weak. I feel like this would make it way more difficult because you would no longer have any harrass damage or zoning potential IMO. I honestly think akali is pretty balanced right now, She has ALOT of counters already so this wouldn't help out her laning phase much lel
