Or am i playing it wrong? I seem to do fine vs sups who rely on their adc (leona/janna) but facing velkoz/annie/nami etc=extremly hard.
Same if i play against him, i always push him into his turret
(ps: talking pure 2v2 lanephase, doing fine mid/late)
Thresh is such a lane bully imo though! Rush level 2 advantage, if you want you can flash flay their bot lane and make some crazy plays but make sure your ADC knows it. Getting ignite can also increase your kill pressure in lane too if you're getting exhaust now. You might need to cc them when they're out of position.
You're probably playing super aggro with your flay aa.
