Play bots and customs instead.
That's untrue I use normals to test run new champs before I bust them out in ranked .
Norms teach champ mechanics but not much on skill. Since 95% dont try in norms the ones trying to practice are incapable of practicing and learning, beyond just mechanics, in norms. Thats why people should stop raging at noobs in rank. If you not gonna let them practice in norms they gotta practice in rank
