my ideal champion is fast has a lot of sustain, can close distances very easily between enemies, can escape ganks or jungle, and deal a lot of damage quickly. Any suggestions?

Is there a specific lane you are looking for? I like top lane so I would recommend Tryndamere or Jax. Those are the two I know that fit.
I'm thinking of
Sustain: Built in sustain + even more with
**Can close distances very easily between enemies: **Yes, that's what her ultimate is for!
Can escape ganks or jungle: If you manage to make good use of her W + ulting to nearby minions, you can achieve this. Requires practice.
Can deal a lot of damage quickly: Of course, she's still considered as an assassin.
She can top, mid and jungle too!
Dear BlackHoundMk4,
with boots enhanced with Alacrity or Furor sound up your alley. While he has a sluggish start he has a natural 0.3% health regen PER SECOND ( 1.5 every 5 seconds ) which is easily increased with items. Further increasing his speed is his ultimate ability titled Sadism which gives him 40/50/60% of his maximum health over 12 seconds with an additional 15/25/35% movement speed. You can use his Q, Infected Cleaver, to deal 15/18/21/23/25% current health (target's health) magic damage and a 40% 2 second slow. His skill titled Burning Agony deals 35/50/65/80/95 (+20% Ability Power) magic damage to nearby enemies per second while reducing disable durations by 10/15/20/25/30%. Finally, he can do lots of raw physical damage thanks to his skill Masochism which increases his attack damage 40/55/70/85/100 for 5 seconds, giving an additional +0.4/0.55/0.7/0.85/1 for each % of health he is missing.
That said you will need to be careful in your early game: All of
skills have a health cost and his low cool-downs make them easy to spam which can set you in a bad place if you don't manage his health well. You also won't be able to engage yourself during a teamfight but instead will find yourself in one of three situations: throwing Infected Cleavers before a fight, sitting on your carries to keep them safe or being a "dive buddy" who rushes into fights right after a team mate ( Fiddlesticks, Leona, Malphite or anybody with a proper engage ) engages. By the end of a team fight you'll find yourself sticking to anybody running away, doing massive damage ( even if you build full tank ) while slowing a foe allowing you or an ally to get the kill. It should also be noted that Mundo is able to jungle effectively although he currently has slow starts.
I went out and found three videos for you: the first two are of a challenger-ranked player using
in a game, both of these are actually the same game but one is from the perspective of the Jungler (who is using him) while the other is from the perspective of the midlaner. The third video is of a challenger player taking Mundo into the top lane; the same Mundo player from the earlier game. I hope you enjoy the vids.

Best regards, Mr. Beane.
for mid, and
for top and jungle. Alternatively you could also use
.
Here is the reasoning, plz read before dismissing/commenting that I'm wrong:
has some sustain, with great mobility and burst. If you're looking for burst and mobility you usually give up sustain and tankiness so Ahri's sustain is actually pretty good for her burst and mobility. You could consider
instead, but she is a it less mobile since she is all about the gap closer rather than the escape.
Mundo is explained pretty well by Beane, but basically he does good damage (and has % health damage to boot) for a tank, and his ult gives him pretty solid mobility. You can even go old school and take smite exhaust in the jungle and use the exhaust as a pseudo gap closer/cc if you can get a kill w/ it and don't need it for defense immediately (like team fights aren't just going on all the time and they have a fed assassin you want to exhaust).
will do way less damage in the late game, but he is a huge bully with good damage early, has ult, shield, q slow, and polymorph to deal w/ ganks, and can use her shield to keep her hp up in lane so while she lacks sustain if you play her right she has pseudo sustain by reducing incoming damage which is the same as healing that amount of damage back up in terms of math and effective health.
Hope that helped.
- tons of gapclosers, lots of damage, sustain once you get hydra which is a core item for her.
- 3 gapclosers on r, movespeed on Q, decent amount of damage, sustain via passive
- gapcloser, sustain with W, lots of burst damage
Let's see.
Fast
Has a lot of sustain
Can close distances very easily between enemies
Can escape ganks or jungle...hm. not
until 6.
Maybe
then.
Shen or Renekton.
