Can you make macros? Or bind multiple things to one key?

Hello,

So I just started playing Vayne, and thought it'd be REALLY nice to be able to ult + ghostblade simultaneously instead of pressing two buttons. Is there a way to set it up so Ghostblade gets activated when I ult? So just pressing R does both things?
