Relic Shield CD Bug

The CD timer for Relic Shield (and all upgrades) doesn't work and seems to be roughly since patch 7.11

I've mostly had this happen on Taric, although I'd need to double check other champs. I did notice it working on Nautilus. Can't confirm if that's coincidence or if the CD bug is just random.

Spellthief's and Nomad's seem to be working properly.

It is cooling down and able to proc, the little timer just isn't showing up (so you have no idea how long it'll be until you get another proc available).

actually it does it with all champs the 2 stack gold incomes sometimes have a huge bug on them

I was wondering if I was alone on this, but I've experienced this many, many times over the course of the patch, and it's made laning with Leona very hit and miss. It also happens with Thresh, but I've only played him a couple of times. I submitted a bug report a couple of days ago, and I'm pretty sure someone at Riot's noticed by now. Just patiently waiting for the fix! summoner 13

Yep, it seems to be a hit-or-miss bug. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Hoping for a hotfix soon!
