Giving SECOND red to ADCs?

Hey there, Master Fledgling here.

The bronze limbo continues. I'll win two, lose two. Win one, lose one. ETC.

Will I ever get out of bronze?...We'll see. Anyways, I just won a match ( I AM smiling) but had a nasty moment with my own ADC in which she was quite bitter over the fact that I took my second red buff instead of giving it to her. Being a Jungler, I need all the farm I can get!! So was it really unfair for me to keep the red buff for myself? This wasn't late game or anything like that.

The blue I handed over to my mid like is polite, but is this a new unspoken rule I don't know?

Don't do it. Theres no good reason that you need to give up your 2nd red buff around the 7 minute mark to an ADC that barely has levels and items to make good use of it.

uhh no

dont ever do that. red buff is one of the things that keeps you relevant early game despite being down in items and xp as a jungler.

only exception would be if you are fiddlesticks i think.

ADC's get red buff to help with kiting late game in teamfights. If you're not at that stage of the game they don't need it more than you do. Once you start seeing bigger fights start considering it.

Early game jungle usually keeps it to help with ganks. if the ADC needs red buff to kite early game they're doing something wrong.

Adc having red isn't always best, getting red on someone tanky can make them a huge threat and force the enemy team to focus them. Also if someone has runaans u should normally give it to them, the triple red proc in teamfights are insane.

But when it comes down to it, it just depends on comps sometimes adcs can't stay within range to AA all the time (zed, leblanc, etc) so its not as effective. Othertimes you're going vs tanks and your adcs have a bit more wiggle room and it could help them kite.

In all seriousness, you should not give a Red out that early unless you're fiddlesticks or karthus MAYBE

If the ADC is SUPER fed and your SUPER behind, its worth considering.

Otherwise ignore the entitlement

NO reason to give the 2nd buff to laners, they are still invaluable in the new hard jungle for junglers. Unless you have a graves or lucian going 5-0 that early in teh game i'd not give them. Besides remember : buffs belongs to the jungler WHO THEN CAN DECIDE wether he donates it or not.

3rd/4th Red Only. And that's only if your ADC actually leaves bot lane in the mid game.

As an ADC main.... I don't even want red buff until I've got infinity edge+zeal (or a similar spike on the ADCs with odd builds). I'm going to be reluctant to group for teamfights unless the situation forces it until I hit that level, and I know I can't make good use of red until we start grouping. I've had some early IE's when things went haywire in the botlane and we came out on top, but even in extreme games I've never had an IE before red is up for the second time, never mind IE+zeal+boots.

I think I've seen giving Red to the ADC early once.

And honestly, I wouldn't give Red to most ADCs until mid/late game unless I knew them.

It's not, especially if you play a tank or bruiser and need to aa anyway for your clears. If you're Fiddlesticks... well, I guess you can.

Generally you start giving your third buffs away, right before the laning phase ends, depending on how everything is going. Afterwards, I view it as a free-for-all on the buffs because I really don't need them anymore.
