How to Deal With Tilting

So I'm still getting a positive win/loss ratio, but I feel like I haven't been playing very well myself (i've been getting more deaths than kills as a Lux mid-laner main) and I'm running low on confidence. I'm pretty sure that I'm tilted, and have been so for about 3 days, anyone have any advice on how to deal with tilting?

Well one thing i would suggest , swap that teleport u keep taking for mid for some defensive tool like barrier and exhaust. Teleport mid is used in high elo, high team plays, where everyone knows u will tp and fights will be based arround those. And invest in Zhonya, not only in offensive items. I checked your match history and when u were taking Ignite/Exhaust/Barrier, u always had nice scores with little deaths. AS soon as u started taking tp, u started having alot of deaths. I know u didnt ask for tips, just wanted to help. About tilting, what help is practice, think what you did wrong, join some normals and try to improve those things. That way u will become more confident in things you are doing.

If you are getting frustrated just take a day off or so. That usually helps me. I have been playing on and off since beta and use gaming as more stress relief( I know its escapism ;) . When it gets to me I find its better to just walk away from it awhile or jump on my smurf and stomp people in Gold. That helps. Get a smurf lol

the things I do to help stop tilt. 1 break the meta and screw around. dont do this in ranked (not that you would), but doing just some random stuff for fun can help get your mind off whatever put you on tilt. 2 play champions/roles you never play. The only reason I started playing Nocturne is because my Xin Zhao was just terrible for a while, and the reason i even got back into jungle is because I was preforming horribly in mid lane. You might just find you love a champion you have had for a while but almost never used. Plus, its always good to expand your champion pool. 3 take a break. this is by far the best way to stop tilt, because your mind is forced to go elsewhere. Watch some youtube, TV shows, play other games, really anything works
