yeah it buffed its lifesteal by like 8% but they made it a unique passive
actually building 5 bloodthirsters will give 100% lifesteal making really good for adc's though NEVER do it in ranked.
I've actually started to use on 
recently. If you aren't in a position where you can spell shield a lot of stuff, she is actually super mana hungry, and the sustain this gives on top of CDR for more Q and W spam is really great on her, especially since 
is already a super efficient pickup for sustain on her (I healed from 50% to full simply by using one W attack on a stacked minion wave).
