How is Talon ATM?

Talon is hit or miss, depending on your skill level. You either do so well that you can deal enough damage in a single burst to almost instakill someone, or you fall so far behind that your low defense will doom you as your enemy team's punching bag. Either way, he's incredibly fun to play. Burst heavy with high attack damage, but little to no defense.

Hes in a pretty good spot. He has great AOE damage and burst, and is one of the few assassins that can get to the enemy backlines with ease, burst them very quickly, and get out relatively unharmed. The combo you want to do to engage on their adc/apc is Youmuus > Ult > E on their carry > QWR> Get out because you will still have the Youmuus movespeed buff on your self and the enemy team cannot react quick enough as you came from stealth. Just make sure you Youmuus+Ult from a bit distance away so they can't see the blades from you're ult. A thumb rule that I use for this trick is that " If I can't see them without my minions providing vision in that area, then I'm in a distance good enough to ambush them. Talon is super good, I have about 30 games with him and a 72% winchance. The thing about him is that he can single handedly carry a game if he wins lane. I personally main him and would say in the hands of a good player his potential is unbelievable.

still bursty as heck, but his lane is really hard and if you fall behind, you are pretty much toast. If you get ahead though, I've seen talon's go from 3-0-0 to 21-3-7 in a 10 minute span because he scales so well.

He is very feast or famine, you'll either crush everything in sight or be the enemy team's doormat for the rest of the game.

In the right hands he is pretty strong. He has no problem killing a target, its just getting away alive that takes some skill. The recent nerfs to his kit (namely his E cutthroat ability) really neutered the unique appeal he had as an assassin with silence in his kit. They buffed his wave clear a bit to compensate but he's still not as good as what he once was. Basically he is the poor man's Zed.

Pretty mediocre as allways . There are just hundred better champs to play than him atm.
