What camps should you start with? What champions would be able to counter Khazix with ease? what should you do if the whole enemy team finds and chases you down? When should you gank lanes? Should you participate in team fights or start one? How should you find and take out weak or squishy targets on the map? And finally, how should you get an enemy isolated and take them down with ease?

I preferably like to start at Gromp, Blue buff, Red buff, and back then I'd get boots or your smite item, so you can be ready for ganks or farming.
Don't get caught out, but if they do try chasing you down make sure your ult is up, and E over walls to make sure you have a clean escape.
When your team mates lane is losing, the enemy is over extending. A more advanced time to gank is when the enemy is going for the creep farthest away from him, or when all of their abilities are on cooldown.
As bruiser Kha it is best to stay on the outsides of the fight, and engaging when needed. As assassin Kha (full damage 1 shot build). Jump in, and kill the carry or most fed on their team. Basically kill the person who decides whether you win the fight or lose it.
If somebody is extended far out and killing creeps they are an extremely vulnerable target, basically a free kill if nobody else is around. Use your passive to your advantage, you will do more damage on your first basic attack. In a fight just use the combo to engage. R + E + AA + Q + AA + W + R + E. That is the safest way to engage and kill any squishy, Your ult will make you invisible. E is the easiest way to get right in front of your target. Q, AA, and W all for bursting your target. R for your second invisibility, and E to disengage the fight. (sorry if that's long)
You can't really isolate an enemy in a fight, You'll have to wait until after the fight to get them all scattered around. If you notice somebody who ran off in a different direction than the rest of his team. He should be an easy target to kill.
