I need to know because I've been out of the game too long and my old school picks are getting me shrekt.

SKill = freelo... not champions.
Warwick jungle atm with skirmisher/devourer, but he and/or the items that make him ridiculous will be nerfed pretty soon, most likely. There's websites that list winrates for different champions and the contexts for their winrates, which is usually a pretty good objective measure for the relative strength of champions in solo queue when you have a sample size of millions of games. Warwick currently completely dominates there, though you can see other strong picks based on role.
