Aggressive Players; Am I alone ?

The more and more I play League,I start to notice that I am a very, very aggressive player. I don't like to sit around and wait for someone to do something because 9/10 that just leads to the enemy getting the jump on us. I don't have a problem playing characters who can start a fight, however I seem to notice that more often than not my team either acts like vultures to scavenge the remains of a fight or they just flat out bail. Any advice on getting my team to sack up or am I just too aggressive to play any other role but initiator ?

communicate with your team

play tanky support/jungler/top and assuming your timing and position is good anyone else with half a brain should know to immediately follow the charge

Sounds like you just need to play amumu and force fights lol

Hmm it depends. Sometimes I find myself with teammates that are TOO aggro, wanting me to turret dive to get a kill when I know it's not a good idea and the kill isn't even guaranteed. Then they flame me for not being aggressive. I usually play bot lane and if my champ is good early I tend to go aggro a lot when I can without being too risky. If they are more of a late game champ I play safe and passive which sometimes infuriates my teammates but eh, do what you gotta do. If you like initiating, play an initiator and communicate with your team. WW, Amumu, Diana, Shyv et. If you communicate before you initiate your team will probably follow up unless you're going in on a 2v5 or something stupid like that.

Over-aggressive players are one of my pet peeves. Aggression when you have the advantage is great. But so many people seem to think they should push lanes and look for team fights when they are behind. It just makes things worse. And even then, too much aggression when you are ahead can lead to throws. Finding the balance between aggression and defensive play is really key in this game.

You aren't alone. Most people don't play to win. They play to have fun and lose / get carried after 40 minutes. The community sucks.

play tanks. dont feed. get really tanky. and make ur team respect and follow u.

i know how u feel and ive been in the same shoes. especailly arams when we have engage team vs poke team and we try to outpoke them and fail.

all u really need to do is show ur team what u are doing is successful. harasssing them and going in to die 1 v 5 wont help.

I think of myself as aggressive, despite my unwillingness to detach myself from my farm when the opportunity is too risky.

I see my teammates trying to teamfight when I'm off split-pushing bot or top, they lose the fight, blame me, and I either proceed to back before the enemy team can catch me out or I risk more pushing for the map pressure. I risk myself too often, to be honest.
