i saw alot of video about how to play adc and so.. but there's something i don't under stand it's attack move i do it but with mouse only i saw ppl do it with SHIFT. so my question is how can i use it good and i want video about how to use it right way Thank You...

I bound attack move to the page back button on the side of my mouse, way smoother to use than shift-click
Shift + right click, I don't use it but I might get to eventually.

The best thing to do in any PC game is customize your hot keys for your personal preference. If you don't have one then you should take some time to figure it out.
If you have a nice keyboard or mouse you could create an attack move macro. You can use X (attack move) or A (target attack move). I like using A because it puts a little range indicator around me and makes your mouse a target icon instead of the finger.
Just attack move by clicking with your mouse. Only use A click when the enemy is trying to juke you through the brush/zhonias and might flash or escape/when there are no minions or monsters around. I'll A click when I'm in those situations.
