How do I live an attack from a tri force hecarim

I main mid, play champs like ziggs, ap ez, kennen, some other apc. When a hecarim is running at me with 800-1000 movement speed and when he connects his basic attack he hits me for half my health then ults me for the other half what am i doing wrong. and how do i outplay it. and when im support how do i peel it when you cant cc his ultimate. and when im the frontline how do i stop him from zooming past me. any tips? EDIT: I do know one counterplay method but its not always reliable, i can't get him banned every single game i play.

ward behind his red and the bush behind blue close to mid should give you time to see him coming

800-1000 movement speed

Homeguard is disabled by damage. drop a skill shot on him when tp finishes

its abouth positioning and warding

i mean i played twitch jungle a few games ago and there was an akali mid i know there is literetly NOTHING i can do against her if she has her spells up it doesnt matter if shes half hp / quarter hp she wil just kill me

you cant play a squeeshy carry/assassin and expect to survive/duel some champs the only thing you can do is avoid getting near them and only attack them from a distance when your team is fighting them

No matter how much movespeed Hecarim has built up, he's still vunerable to CC (hence Janna best counter against him on a team-scale). Ziggs in particular is easier of the champs you've listed because your satchel charge will completely halt his engage (or at least cut out a ton of the movespeed in the process) and it's pretty easy to determine his direction AKA you. Ezreal is a special case as well because you can run to the nearest wall and blink over it. Whether he ults over the wall after you or runs around is irrelevant since he will have lost the large majority of his movespeed boosts by then.

[Hecarim using teleport] For other mid laners that don't have hard CC or blinks available, you can simply time your damage so that it hits him as soon as he finishes teleporting because receiving damages cuts homeguard passive as well as mobility boots (if he built these). Less movespeed on impact = less damage taken. [Hecarim using ghost] Unless you have CC to halt his charge, your best bet is to keep wards placed in advance so that you know when to back off.

Sadly, there's not a lot you can do about his ult or him using it to close gaps (as it can't be interrupted afaik), but a defensive item like Banshee's work wonders here.

EDIT: I was under the impression that it was specifically Hecarim top using teleport.

800-1000 Movement speed = Him home guarding from base and has his E on.

Meaning, you are either in his base or he TP'd near you. If you are in his base, i can't really help it, but he if TP'd near you, i'd say jsut pay attention to TPs and since it's on a rather long cool down, dont worry about it that much.

Honest answer: You don't.
