Why do I get punished for dodging trolls in ranked?

So I just lost like 12lp for dodging a teemo top and poppy with revive tp because they were both trolling. How come i'm punished for this? Where did I go wrong? what did I do? How can I mechanically improve my champion select teammate picks? To me it looks like ranked is RNG based I find it bullshit that its not within my ability to stop trolls from saying that they will afk from champ select. Why do I get fucked in the ass for dodging a game like that what the fuck did i do to deserve that? Back in season 2 I could dodge with no elo/lp loss and just wait it out for like 40 minutes (better than losing a troll game and losing 20lp for 40 minutes). But for some reason you guys decided to install a system of fucking me in the ass when my team is trolling and I know for a fact it will be a loss, tell my why i just deserved to lose that lp? (also I still have to wait 30 minutes to get back into queue on top of losing that lp)

What about your previous dodge?

Losing 12 LP would not be your first dodge in approximately the last 16 hours.

The first dodge of the day is very soft, generally about 3 LP, specifically for situations like this. It's the second dodge that hurts, and it should.

Actually, being able to report trolling at champion select could be useful... Say, if 3 people agree that there's trolling and report it, they can get the trolls kicked and the teams rebuilt?

Im in a match right now.... our jungle went soraka.... just said that she is going to int and didn't take smite.... why should i get punished in ranked for something like that... doesn't make sense to me
