I Suck At Everything I Do - League of Legends Community

-EDIT-Thanks everyone for the feedback. I don't quite understand why boots are important.

I made that post a long time ago. I really haven't made much progress in league, or with my mental issues. Actually things have really gotten worse.

So I ask once again, is there something that I'm actually doing wrong?

I know I'm not perfect at last hitting, I can't last hit as a melee champion at all unless i blow every skill for the cs.

At least I've grown up a little with my manners and can take verbal abuse better now.

I'm glad to see you've made progress in your personal life. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like your League game has done the same.

Your farm isn't great, especially in melee, but it's also not far outside the pack at this tier.

Your runes are terrible. It looks like you treated the different types as if they are the same. You start every game some 200-300g behind your opponent. That's a big hole to climb out of for no good reason. Look up guides for your favorite champions. Take some time to learn about runes and what might work for your playstyle.

You still don't take flash on immobile champions, which is something commentors noted previously. You also still don't buy shoes, which they mentioned. Those choices combined force you to fight to the death in situations you can't win. Dying is a big deal. No matter how good you are, you can't carry your team from the grave.

You don't upgrade your trinket. I know your teammates are kinda dumb about vision, but it's cheap and at least helps you, if not them.

Your builds are curious at times. For example, not buying armor on Taric. Frozen Heart is just so good on him.

Play champions you win with. Sona has been your best performer for more than a year. Just spam it. Not many will fight you for the support role down there.

the first post pretty much said it all. You just don't seem to know the basics of the game in general. You've been playing this long yet half your games you don't have boots? ADC is all about positioning, not having boots is a really significant thing. You're not going to be doing damage when the enemy catches up to you and kills you. Usually buy boots after your first major item is completed as ADC

Why are you playing urgot support in ranked?

Don't play solo lane Soraka in ranked. You are automatically at a disadvantage because you have 1 ability that you cant use in lane. Just pointless.

Don't finish your ruby sightstone so soon. For just getting more HP, there are other items you can get that are much better. One game you were against a Katarina, jax and annie. Get a locket instead. upgrading the sightstone is one of the last things to do.

You played Leblanc against a zed yet don't have a zhoynas and went chalice first im assuming. that's not good. Also CD boots instead of Sorc boots. That's hurting your damage a lot.

The obvious one is you don't take flash a lot. 9 times out of 10 you take flash. Especially on Champs that are not mobile

Long story short, you just don't know the basics. You don't know how to build against what you are playing which is really hurting you.

Only thing I can suggest is look up guides and watch youtube videos. Eventually you'll pick it up as you go

Watch videos on lol. If you like top lane watch famous top laners like dyrus, balls, rf legendary. If you like mid watch bjergsen, faker, hai. If you like bot lane watch gosu, impaqtipie, wildturtle, aphromoo. And if you like jungling watch nightblue, amazing, theoddone. Most of those people are pretty informative and have helped me get better. Watching Dyrus, allorim, and solorenektononly, I improved a lot and got from bronze to plat.

Also watch videos on youtube about league. Since your bad at csing what you should do is go into a bots game with a few of the champs you play and just practice csing for 5-10 minutes. Try to have 32 cs at 5 minutes and 60-80 cs at 10 minutes. Those are decent creep scores for those times. Then after that try doing it while playing against a bot and weave in spells. That's how I got good at it. Also you can use your runes and masteries to help you last hit if you really need it. You can go for 15 ad in your runepage and then get the butcher mastery that makes you do 2 more damage per autoattack. On some tanks I take the butcher mastery just because their autoattack sucks so much like on maokai.

Also if you want to record one of your games. I can watch it and tell you what to improve on.

I don't want to be a jerk, but if you have to work this hard to get better, maybe consider a different game...?

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against you playing. I'm happy for you to play if you're having fun. It's just that hitting your head against the wall trying to get better doesn't sound fun. It's sounds miserable. There's always skill disparity in games, and if this one isn't one you're good at naturally, maybe don't force it?

If you can't enjoy it at your current level, I wouldn't bother playing. And that goes for everyone that plays, not just you. Personally, I play games for fun. I LOVE to improve, but I have a job already. I play this because it's fun to play, even if I never get better than I am currently.
