This mode was super fun, and actually started on July 17 last year funny enough. I thought of it today and was like.. I want to play this again. It was so super fun <3 bring it back?

Doom ARAM would be impossible. Doom SR was only doable because the bots' AI was so jank and couldn't respond properly to splitpush. On ARAM where you're stuck facing directly against a bullet hell of super buffed skills, you aren't going to be able to dodge it all (a lot of it is point and click or has a hitbox too big to physically move out of the way of in time).
DOOMinion might work, bot AI is pretty bad there. It would be about knowing their movement and strategically backcapping or forming ganks when they split to win via numbers advantage. Actually, that would be an AMAZING learning experience to introduce players to Dominion and proper play patterns. Learning how to scout your foes and plot your movements around them, through a mode where you can't face them directly without getting squashed. It would certainly beat the windmill facemash out of a lot of noobs quite bluntly.
