What Champions to ban for this week -->Silver Elo Hell In other words which champions got buffed and are over powered after the last patch. Are Garen and Skar ner still OP af???

I still ban Garen, no one really plays Skarner, I don't bother banning Darius b/c all the Darius players in silver are terrible, I still ban Morde, sometimes Vayne so I don't get one on my team, Annie, Viktor, Kindred, sometimes Yasuo or Vi
