20 seconds intro is too long.
Audio was misplaced at 0:26 ( you need to be more careful at editing).
In game sounds are low-quality and really not loud enough, voice has echo, your mouse clicks echoes, you need a headset.
Using youtube annotations that way is really not pleasant to watch (especially if they're not funny or have nothing to do with the part of the video), and i, most of the time, have them turned off anyway.
There's an unremovable tag over the mini map, remove it.
If you're going to use a webcam, buy a better one, or adjust the brightness of your room so that we can actually see you.
