Going near a dead enemy and press tab....
You can see the dead enemies buying or you have the sight on them when their dead you can see what their buying.

PERSONAL BOUNDARIES: Item purchases, sales and undos while dead are no longer visible to opponents who have vision on your corpse

This should have been removed. I often used to delay my purchases until I respawned.
