Rework?
ive been thinking why not rework 
I know the splash art is new(I think) but I think the abilities need some changing maybe more damaging skills mostly almost every skill except E which is good but the rest its eh

The playstyle is actually proxying and plitpushing till no one can chase u; thats the beauty of singed
Singed is fine as is. He's a tanky, annoying fighter who just stops caring about the enemy team after a while.
