If you pick a champion it has different skills like jax got crushing blow and other wukong skills its random skills not passive

There would have to be something that stay the same with this. Like an ult or passive that doesn't change.
Like 
still keeps his burn passive, 
keeps her stuns, 
keeps his immunity, 
keeps his voidlings. That would be kinda silly, almost on par with a type of aram mode.
Sure some champions would seem to have more useless passives like 
with no ghouls or 
with... oh wait
i really like this idea :)
so u basically want that one game mode from dota2???
