Like 
still keeps his burn passive, 
keeps her stuns, 
keeps his immunity, 
keeps his voidlings. That would be kinda silly, almost on par with a type of aram mode.
Sure some champions would seem to have more useless passives like 
with no ghouls or 
with... oh wait
