For straight up being just a fun guy and all around decent person...not to mention totally kick ass...watch Voyboy.
not funny, but Torenthal makes quick and to the point content w/ his vids. He makes Guides & Tutorials.
there are tons of pros who stream and tekk uploads a lot of them. if you're looking for educational ScrapComputer isn't bad and just for funny try anklespankin
Why not watch streamer as well?
Wingsofdeath has a pretty informative based stream for top mostly Trick2g explains mistakes people make during subwars, which can help you as well
some people can't tolerate trick's personality, if you are one of them then watch Nightblue3

I like Anklespankin. He plays a ton of different champs and I have learned a lot.
DUNKEY. Magickarpusedfly, Gweedo, trick2g, ubderdange (he trolls a bit to much for my taste).
Redmercy, scrap computer, trick2g, Bjergson, SivHD.
If you want funny and skilled, I'd recommend SP4zie, Dunkey, Magikarpusedfly and such.
