On a losing streak, need help getting out

I have been on a losing streak for awhile now since a bad game in ranked where my whole team raged at me. I would like to stop before i go tilt forever. The help im looking for is helpful, informative, and not mean or trolling. So please help learn and improve as a player and teammate.
