Almost all ADC are in or out of meta, but some find common ground somewhere in ranked or unranked. To help this riot has been buffing, reworking, patching and even making better build paths. But out of all of them, Sivir is mostly forgotten as an ADC and even as a champion. I do know the meta changes. Even throughout all that, she has not seen a return even in the small margin. With Games Played: 49, a Pick %: 0.22% and Win %: 41%. It's sad that even soon urgot will have a better pick rate than her when he gets a rework. All I wish to know is if riot is aware of that fact that she is kind of forgotten but even to the point that no one even speaks of her.

I think crit is being overused in ADC abilties

It removes build diversity and while crit can make sense for some adc in sivir case i think they could lean her more towards caster

They can do a mini rework where they can have her abilities apply on hit effects/ on attack effects

she doesn't really do well with runaans for example but does have her own aoe attack spell it can already crit, if they buffed the ad ratio a bit it could also be good for ad caster builds and if it can apply on hit effects she gains another build path

Like Muramana and botrk and cleaver for example instead of the traditional adc builds or building lethality

it would give her options no adc has, it's literally a bouncing attack so why not have it apply on hit effects

maybe even allow her Q to apply on attack effects on the first target hit

I like her kit, but I think the w is a bit lackluster for teamfights and the q needs to crit.

She isn't usually good in soloQ, but more powerful incompetitive cuz of her teamwide utility. So, they keep her out of ranked, which really hinders her solo performance(like Azir, Kalista, or Shen).

I feel like we need more ADCs, and Xayah's a nice addition, though she seems kinda weak. Too early to tell though

Sivir is fine but she is a niche adc and her numbers are low. She is also being pushed out off the meta by crit not being the best build path and Caitlyn doing everything better than any other ADC heck I bet a Caitlyn could waveclear better then a Sivir.

I tried playing Sivir, and let me tell you, she felt very ineffective throughout most of the game, until the very late game, where I had full build. By then, she can outscale certain ADCs like Lucian MissFortune Corki , but it's not worth the effort considering late game is rather rare in this meta. But if you get to late game, her Ricochet is nasty. Squishies champs will literally stand there thinking they won't be hit, and when they get hit by a crit they get their health chunked.

she was pretty intense for a bit. wave clears and the team speed buff is hard to balance maybe?

This is the part that doesn't really fit, considering many camps get huge atkspeed bonuses on regular abilities, and she gets a small one on hits after using her ult.

R: Passive: Sivir gains 30/45/60% attack speed while Ricochet is active. Active: Sivir rallies all nearby allies for 8 seconds, granting herself 40/50/60% movement speed and half of that to allies.

My proposed change:

R: Passive: Sivir gains 20/30/40% attack speed while Ricochet is active. Active: Sivir rallies all nearby allies for 8 seconds, granting herself 40/50/60% movement speed, 20/30/40% attack speed (stacks with the ricochet bonus) and half of those bonuses to allies.

So now for her whole ult duration she gets an attack speed bonus which is doubled when using ricochet during it, and her allies also get some attack speed. This way her teamfight potential is a bit stronger and more useful for herself/allies who are already in proper range and don't need the movement speed.
