My interests are: High Mobility, (SomeWhatRequiresSkill), Burst, Champions that have a really annoying laugh/taunt/joke, and Stealth

Are you referencing Teemo Baby Tino?

In a way he does require skill.

Evelynn PERMA STEALTH! And no one seems to buy pinks from what i've heard of in lower elos... >_> She has a 10/10 Difficulty rating. Only 4 other champions have that. The other 4 are: Anivia Cassiopeia Yasuo Rumble

Yasuo might be more along the line of your high mobility and burst though.

Most annoying laugh? Yeah, Ill just leave this here... walks away

Anivia is Truly The Hardest, Yas is the easiest out of the 4

Just saying that of ALL the champions, those 5 mentioned have the highest difficulty rating by Riot games (so far). Have yet to play Anivia . I have played Evelynn , Cassiopeia , Yasuo , and Rumble . I do own Evelynn , Yasuo , and Rumble though. They can be fun to play honestly.

Though good luck on finding a champion that fits your play style! http://images6.fanpop.com/image/answers/3396000/3396206_1382816716632.22res_474_367.jpg
