Evelynn PERMA STEALTH! And no one seems to buy pinks from what i've heard of in lower elos... >_> She has a 10/10 Difficulty rating. Only 4 other champions have that. The other 4 are: Anivia Cassiopeia Yasuo Rumble

Yasuo might be more along the line of your high mobility and burst though.
