Best server other than NA for Canadian player?

Ill still be playing mostly NA, but I wanna have an account on a different server just to see the differences. Im assuming EUW wouldn't be too bad considering I see quite a few players on here claiming to be from EUW. Also, if anyone from NA has experience on servers like LAN, EUW, EUNE and knows approximate ping that would be appreciated ty.
