Looking for feedback on a vayne build order.

I've found that in most of my games with vayne building this way has given me the best win% so far. Just wanted to see what higher elo people think.

item 3153 I shouldn't have to explain why i build this first

item 3142 I take this over Phantom Dancer mainly because its more efficient to build even if im behind and still gives almost every stat vayne needs, and the armor pen makes bork better, and helps me fight these retarded cinderhulk randuins junglers.

item 3035 Since i get to ghostblade rather quickly, I go with another relatively cheap item in LW. Even if the enemy isnt rushing armor, I get more damage from bork and more value out of my Ult and ghostblade passive.

item 3252 item 3046 These items are when my build comes full circle. I have a ton of attack speed, 50% crit, two steroids, decent AD, and enough armor pen for my damage to always be relevant.

item 3031 I feel that IE is much too expensive and the power spike isn't worth it. I almost never build it on vayne but i dont really know the situations where its needed.

My defensive item is usually item 3139. I don't like GA since most of the time i feel like its a waste because im surrounded by 3-4 enemies when i revive anyway. Scimitar gives me AD which makes my build better and a move speed buff which makes furor better.

I like this build alot because every item makes the other items better and it's not terribly expensive.

I'd say PD after BORK is a higher power spike than Youmou's. They take slightly longer, but the extra attack speed maximizes her true damage. Youmou's isn't too bad, but as a 3rd item (excluding boots) last whisper is generally better vs. the tank meta. If the enemy is not tanky though, youmou's is fine. After that, I think you forgot about Bloodthirster for the lifesteal and AD it brings.

I'm not sure if you mean to get furor as your 4th item or you mean the boots themselves plus furor. Beserker Greaves should normally be after your BORK.

I'd say one should get MS if the team has high CC, other than that, it isn't as efficient than something else as a defensive item. I think GA is a must if you are carrying/ the game is fairly even and the enemy's team is not AD/ AP/ CC heavy. Besides, at the stage of the game where you are buying a defensive item, you shouldn't be caught out 4/5 v 1 and you should stay grouped with your team. I'd say Randuin's Omen though if the team is AD heavy, and if they are AP heavy, Banshee's is good, even more so if they have a Ahri or Blitzcrank.
