[Looking for higher level Coaches] Top / Mid / ADC Aggressiveness Training

I am working on these three roles. I'm finding I have trouble being aggressive, and can get shut down by an aggressive opponent. I'm looking for someone(s) willing to go into customs with me and help me learn how to properly be aggressive.

  1. I have little trouble with CS (can average 100 around the 18 min mark - I know it needs work still but it's way better than it used to be)
  2. I have some trouble CSing under preassure
  3. I have a hard time aggressively poking (I want to be a lane bully) without dying to the return poke)
  4. Part of #3 is that when I go aggro, either I forget the CS or I am watching for the CS and loose track of the exchange

Some of these issues may be my champ picks, and some may be positioning. My map awareness is way better than it used to be but that too can use work - mainly in when exchanging in my lane, I tunnel vision until the exchange is over (very bad if I didn't already know where the enemy jungler was).

Champions (ranked from most proficient to least) Top Lane: Renekton, Leona, Lucian, Morgana, Pantheon, Teemo, Tryndamere, Nidalee, Garen, Nasus, Irelia Mid Lane: Lulu, Lux, Veigar, Morgana, Teemo, Annie, Ahri, Nidalee, Zilean ADC: Cait, Jinx, Ashe, Sivir, Lucian, Kalista, Ezreal, Miss Fortune, Vayne, Graves, Tristana

From what you're saying your problem seems to be mechanical. Last-hitting, dodging/hitting skillshots should be an effortless action, not something you heavily focus on. The brain stresses out when you have to make so many decisions, things that aren't difficult start to seem hard. I would recommend doing some LoL-related exercises that improve APM (Actions Per Minute) and consciously think about your mechanics when you play matches. Then you need to focus on match-ups and get a better understanding of the laning phase of each role. Most beginners just mindlessly bash minions until they're dead. Then they learn a thing or two and start last-hitting minions mindlessly. Then they learn and start moving around mindlessly while mindlessly last-hitting minions. Then they die a bunch of times by that level 3 all-in from X champion and they realize there's more to it, but they never seem to progress, because it's just a lot easier to just mindlessly click around and worry about difficult things some other time. Minion waves are a constant in LoL, learn their little properties. How to manipulate them, what (psychological) value they have to each champion at each level of laning phase. I admit, I've died a few times for that fat 50 gold off of a siege minion, it's just irresistible sometimes. What's even worse, there have been cases in which I've lost control over my entire lane off of a bad trade, because of that fat siege minion. Simply put - you want to get every last minion in laning phase, so DOES your opponent. You need to think about how you're gonna do that, without sacrificing too much. Your opponent might be thinking the same thing. While you may not be in the immediate mindset to understand this concept, you should at least start thinking about it and start working on understanding it. P.S: Sorry about the long post, I couldn't figure out a way to type less and respond well. P.S.S: There's no such thing as a player style "lane bully". There's no such thing as individual playstyle, you play your champion to that champion's best playstyle, not the player's. It's something people have a hard time learning/accepting, but it's the only way to really understand match-ups.
