Please help me improve

Okay, so I am currently in Silver IV, i was Silver II about a week ago, but i got on a very bad loss streakitem 3070 . I don't feel that I started doing particularly bad, but i just can't seem to win games lately. By myself, I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I really enjoy playing league but it just isn't enjoyable losing over and over. It may seem cliche, but i really really don't feel like it's my fault that i'm losing these games.

The bottom line is that i need someone on a higher level to give me advice/help me get through the drought that i'm in and hopefully help me climb the ladder. I really want to get down and dirty in figuring out what would be best for my improvement. PLEASE

too many random hard champions, stick to a few champions are simple and learn to play the game instead of having to learn the champion (and if its hard most players dont learn the champion even when they think they do, if they learned it they wouldnt be stuck in that elo its as simple as that) I recommend having like 2-3 champs a role that are easy and can be used in multiple roles because it doesnt matter really what champions you are playing you just need to play the game correctly.
