Is Vayne/Zilean a thing now??

I played two straight games against different teams that both had a Vayne/Zilean bot lane.

It sucks ass because I can't engage on Vayne (as Braum) without my adc getting bombed by Zilean. By the time my adc gets built to outtrade the Zilean and where my W on him will give sufficient mr to absorb the shot, Vayne has freefarmed to BotRK.

I'm not a Vayne hater, rather curious as to whether there is a clear, simple counter to this. I would presume that a poke champ like Sona or Lulu would counter it with good positioning. What if I am first pick and already grab Braum and they counter with Vayne/Zilean? What do I do?
