I just watched the last 15 minutes of your Caitlyn game just now. It does look like your positioning as adc needs a little work. It is a good idea to get used to always moving in-between autoattacks even when there's no particular direction that you need to move in; this will help you do it naturally when you're chasing or being chased. There was a point when you guys were doing baron, and you were standing at kind of the worst possible spot: at the outside edge of the pit on the right side, while you guys had no vision on the right. This put you as the first champion that the enemy will see as they come in from the most obvious route (for purple team). You also don't want to bother using Q on Baron/Dragon because your autoattacks do as much or more damage in the same amount of time when you factor in IE crits and headshots.
I saw a few times when you used E in unsafe territory just to get to some farm faster. Whenever you're anywhere that has the potential for a fight anytime within the next 10 seconds (meaning: the majority of the map), you definitely don't want to waste that E. It's much safer to take the extra 0.5 seconds of walking time to keep it available for an escape.
If you feel like it, stop by my thread or my stream and I can spectate a full game to give much more detailed advice. :D Gold could be closer than you think.
