soraka is a fair ban.. (I play her and Know her power/annoingness)
I don't find olaf or dianna to be overbearing but I guess everyone is different..
I tend to ask for a blitzcrank ban..
I always ban 
. Her potential to just take over the game from 1 little thing is just too much.
I ban cuz she smashes in my MMR. I wont state the obvious

sometimes because they are like little kids you have to keep away from minions. Doesn't matter how bad you stomp one early game, they'll just farm nonstop and somehow be able to 1 vs 5 if the game drags out past 35 minutes. If someone on my team says they main someone and that's the role they'll probably get sometimes I'll ban one of their hardest counters.
I like to play CC heavy champs like 
and I absolutely HATE Morgana's ability to just go "NOPE."
Plus landing a Dark Binding on the adc can just win the lane then and there.
Those are all good bans. I play diana so I know how scary she is. Olaf too. soraka is just a massive pain.

Jax: He is a perma ban for me until devourer is removed. I've only gone against the horror of it once and if I can help it I never will again. He died during a gank in the first 5 minutes or so and we didn't see him again until about 40 minutes in. We had two enemy inhibs down waiting on minions. top lane was pushed up to our base. A couple seconds later a tower was destroyed. three seconds later the inhib is gone. We backed before he got the the nexus turrets. He 1v5'ed our entire team for a penta and ended solo. Never again.
Vayne: It doesn't matter how hard she gets shit on in lane. She is going to come back and destroy your team. She is the nasus of bot lane. A feeding adc should not carry a game like that.
Veigar: Eh He's just fotm currently and his cage can be incredibly annoying. Oh and he can delete nearly anyone from a fight instantly. I like veigar too. I wish they didn't buff him a few patches back. It always sucks to ban a champion you enjoy playing.
I don't care if he's balanced. I don't care if he's easy to beat. HE'S ANNOYING AS HELL.

TBH I've been kind of at a loss for what to ban recently. keeps getting nerfed so his priority isn't as high anymore, 
seems a decent ban as would 
but so few people play those champs that I feel the bans aren't really worth it. I like banning because of her high pick rate and annoyingness, but recently I've been learning draven so I can pretty much always win that matchup now...
I like your ban although once again I'm not sure how much it's actually played.
I think the only ban I'm pretty confident on going for is because as an adc main I find that all in very frustrating to deal with when played correctly. Especially if I'm on an jinx/draven/cait. So I'm very open to suggestions
