What are you supposed to do after you take the first tower? The lane starts pushing into enemy territory after that. then your open to being ganked. is it safe to go up there and grab your cs? i usually back off and try to roam and jungle until the wave pushes back.. is this the correct thing to do? and i always try not to break their tower too early so it can kill more of their minons..
If you've got the proper wards, continuing to push and CS is perfectly fine. Proper wards means you can't be ganked. Why? You'll ALWAYS see it coming, and can back off in time. Having that vision is absolutely critical. Being able to push your wave in is also beneficial. It allows you to roam freely because, when done correctly, it forces your lane opponent to stay and fend it off while you go and gank/help push mid. There are a lot of options after taking tower. This is one of them, but like any other good option, has to be executed carefully.
I usually help get drag before my tower is down, tehn if i get it first, i rotate mid and help get thiers. Sometimes, not often because top is so 'pushy' ill help get theirs if its still alive. I always rotate to get the first tier turret after i get mine, always going back bot when my turret is being push by the adc
