Lane swap
I never see lane swaps anymore, unless it's mid switching with top which doesn't really count.
I mean a balls-deep adc/support going top lane and the normal top going bot lane.
Why don't we see that more in regular play?

Its mainly cause it requires a lot more communication and co-operation to pull off. I've seen it tried a couple of times but I've never seen it work. Most of the time the solo bot lane feeds the duo and the adc top just goes even. I think its too hard without voice coms to lane swap in solo Q people are just too focused on their own game to try to play that style.
I would assume because then your top will be vulnerable to ranged poke (which he likely isn't going to want to do) and because you then have less control over dragon.
you dont see much decision making in solo its usually the same dance leash the jungler cs in your lane poke the enemy and wait for jungler to gank
