Starting an AP Champ Pool. Need Help

Okay I'm starting a new pool of AP focused champions and setting up my runes and pages accordingly. Who should I main though? I have thoughts about , as I have prior experience either with or against, and I feel they have good kits, damage, and are great when positioned nicely (which are the most important).

How now the big question comes to this, which of these six champs are the most Versatile, that I can go to other metas, and not be outmatched so easily? I know by playing that Cassiopeia, Diana, and LeBlanc can do more than just mid lane in case I can't do mid lane myself. But what about the other 3? Only saw Katarina at top lane once, so not much to go by off that. Brand and Zyra Idk either but I think Zyra can definitely support.

Any tips ? Oh and please state your personal views on this as well as cons and pros you may find in any of these ideas. Thanks.

Amongst your selection I think you should take a look at . He isn't the most popular champion or the overpowered by any means however he can play any role except jungle and ad carry. Of course his conventional role is mid. In the current meta he is a viable support option. He can also play top lane pretty proficiently an with his passive he can wreck a lot of the tankier champions, especially early game. This is just my opinion but of your selection if your looking for versatility.l

TEEMO!!! ......lol jk. For an ap champ...depends on your style. Like siegeing and sniping? Xerath THIS GUY! One of the greatest pokers. Like getting up in the enemys' faces and stabbing/blasting them to bits? Ahri or Akali !!! The dashes are real! The people on your list are nice too. LB has her AMAZING jukes. Cass's poison is better than teemo, and her ult is good in team fights. The others...idk lol. Read each of their skill sets and pick which one looks the most fun!

Kat and LB aren't reliable champs, they can do really good, but if you make a mistake or get a bad matchup then you'll be useless. Brand and Cass are always really good.

I main Zyra, she is a fun champion with a good bout of versatility in lanes. I also love Zyra lol

Ahri Malzahar Amumu Mordekaiser Lux ahri is a beast, malz is a tank destroyer, amumu is god in jungle right now, mord counters lb so ya, lux counters the rest of the other main mid champs and she can support

If you're looking for a versatile champion that can play top/mid/jungle, then I would recommend Diana to you, especially since you already list her.

The reason why I believe that you should pick Diana over most of the other champions is that there's rarely going to be a time where Diana is not useful to the team. You can build her tank, fighter, or assassin to adapt her to anything that your team needs. This means that if you're in an (insert team composition here), you will never be out of place. The only issue I find with Diana in particular is that she's really lacking in the CC department. She only has the one AOE CC, but it is very useful and not on an extremely high cooldown.

The other two that I feel are worth mentioning is Brand and Zyra. They have game winning kits, and they're both extremely strong with just a few items. However, I have considerably less experience with these two champions. I am speaking directly from experience against these champions.

Lastly, I'd like to just say that you should find what works for you. Full AP Blitzcrank is an absolute nightmare, and nobody should tell you that you can't play it. Find what works for you!
