tbh, it's not which ADC is good. It's more of... what are you most comfortable with. Draven requires a bit more concentration, so you can't relax as much. Ashe is usually looked down upon (probably not after this rework). You might need a decent support with Kalista. The others have some standard weaknesses, but just find what you are most comfortable with. It's not the champion that will carry you out. It's you who will carry yourself out.
Im thinking about whether to get Vayne or Lucian.
I'd honestly go with neither of those and instead go with graves. It's hard to lose a lane as graves so you should do fine.
No adc is the "best" per say. They all have different kits and strengths and uses. People have their preferences, some are more meta than others and some are just better played by others. I like Kalista, Vayne and Quinn, but that is just me. Jinx is a personal favorite as well. You should read up a little on all of them and see who you think would be best for you, in terms of enjoyment. You can get better from there.
Well I like vayne because she is not the easiest to play or the easiest to farm, but she does alot of sustained damage in fight she forces you to watch the whole fight and kite "a.k.a. Positioning" because you can pay dearly with you limited range on her. She has great dueling potential. And i have found if you get good at playing vayne your whole adc game be better because the increased info-sis on positioning in a team fight. that is not to say you we come a god adc because you can play vayne. but it makes you pay extra attention to the little things and that will make you a better adc.
Learn ADC with either Caitlyn or Graves, more skilled ADC is Vayne. #LateGameHyperCarry
