could stop worrying about people screwing up a game because they are feeding mid and I am really tired of that so I look forward to your

Syndra , if played right, is the strongest ofcourse there are her counters. but everyone has counters so you can pinpoint one mid laner
If you wont play ranked you must buy zed and yasuo they are the noobest midlaners in lol zed counters 85% of the mid Yasuo is unstoplble and with his wind wall blocks everythink so he counters champs like kata syndra vel koz and other with shooting abilities so you cant play ranked with them because always they are benned
all can completely dominate once mastered. they are not really picked or banned often either.

Leblanc is really good for dominating lane and roaming but she can't push a wave or tower to save her life so I wouldn't recommend her. 
are all strong choices. With you being level 16 your elo is really really low so you can totally get away with Zed or Leblanc but I wouldn't recommend them past plat if you intend on making it that far eventually.
