While playing jungle with characters like ww, Lee Sin and Master Yi it always seems that when i try to gank it always seems to fail, or I die so I am looking for tips that can help me become more succesful at ganking and ways of assisting lanes while I am jungling.

Depends on the jungler you're using really
Not all junglers are great at ganking. Champs like 
are good because they have gap closers or CC to help. If you're going to be ganking a lot be sure to have a champ that has a stun or at least a slow as well as a good way to close a gap.
