What should I do?

I've played 10 games in the past 2 days and I have won around 1 game. I feel like I did good most of the games but I know I did really bad in others. Should I just take a break from LoL for a few days?

Everyone has bad streaks even if they say they do not. Take a break if you want; it's up to you.

I actually had a time like this too, right when the season started. I don't know if how I fixed it will work for you, as you are way more skilled than me, but here's how I managed to overcome it:

I made a notepad document on my desktop and began to keep track of my games, keeping tallies of Wins, Losses, Clean games (even games in which nothing went wrong), and Dirty games ( games where someone DC'd, a teammate ragequit, a game where the duo bot played attack speed anivia and ap garen, etc). After each game, I'd write a one or two sentence summary of the game, the position I played, and if I did well or had a lot of trouble.

I don't know if it just took official documentation to make myself realize that I didn't have some sort of juju curse on me that was keeping from winning, or if it helped me keep track of my mistakes and fix them or what, but the moment I started keeping track of my games I managed to get from Bronze 2 to Silver 5 in the next two days.

Also, on a more stalker-y note, I've noticed that you keep getting counterpicked. Soraka has better sustain than Sona and can disengage from your pokes with her Slow and Silence, Thresh can just hide in the bush and punch you in the face when/if you get too close, and Vel'Koz is better at poking than you. You might have to invent crazy new Sona tactics to handle the rampant counter picking you keep going up against.
