(For serious games) If you find an enemy who's out of position, capitalize on ganking that champion. The enemy team would do the same if you or your allies were isolated.

Press your advantage and end the game while you are still ahead. Don't throw away games that were certain victories for trival things such as kills and baron.

Keeping track of what each teammates need will help you achieve victory. Maybe the 2 item ADC could use farm instead of the 5 item jungler. And as the game goes on, even supports could use a little extra gold in their pocket!
