How to fix this?: Fiora (Discussion)

(First off, I'm not the best league player in the world, but I have played over 400 games and I main top lane, so please don't brush me off as a noob, but I understand if you do, cuz I suck at ranked. :P)

From what I've seen of Fiora (Playing her for a while and fighting her just as much) she has four problems. Two for her, two against

Against her:

  1. No escape. (Better bring flash...really) 2.) Is a all or nothing champion. (Get fed or get dead)

For her: 1.) That bollocks Ult of hers (Master Yi's Q on crack) 2.) Once she is fed, have fun killing her if you don't have a stun or two. (Even if you do have a stun.....)

In other words, if Fiora is fighting anybody with a good CC (e.g. Riven, Jax, Gnar, Pantheon....) she is going to have a pretty rough laning phase, and can't do much about, and will need a lot of jungler help. On the other hand, if she is fighting a champion with a weaker CC (e.g. Garen, Gangplank, Darius...) She should be able to win her lane, as they has no CC to greatly hurt her.

And now now for her ult. Lets look at this first:

Honestly, her ult is what makes her, so removing it would kinda break her, so I'm just gonna focus on the last sentence, "Each strike applies on-hit effects." I can think of many abilities applying on hit a effects, but I can't recall any ults. (If I'm missing once, please tell me.) I seen Fiora go from 100hp to full health with this ult and life steal, and her passive doesn't help/.

How do you fix her? Well, I'm no entirely sure. Would removing the on hit effects on her ult balance her? No, she still lacks a escape, and giving her a CC would be a nightmare. I heard that Riot is working on a ability update for her but it was shelved for Victors. What do you guys think she needs?

Fiora is an interesting problem. I could put my opinion out here, but it pretty much goes along with a video gbay99 did, and he says it so much better.

Fiora is like other melee adc's pre-yasuo, she doesn't offer enough utility to be viable in pro games but is more than capable of winning solo queue games. This is what that video neglects is that she IS an adc, and as such her utility will, of course, be low. Is it any wonder that the other champs he listed were mostly melee adc's?

Also warwick's ult applies on hit effects.

summoner 3 Kinda stops her in her tracks if you can apply it before she ults.

Riven, heavy cc? Not at all, her stun only lasts .75 seconds, while her third Q only knocks up for 1 second. Oh and Fiora should not be buffed at all, she's fine.
