so im playing akali and fidle a bit
since i bought spellvamp runes earlier im using spellvamp runes
17-2-11 masteries getting the 9% early spellvamp now i am playyng both of these champs in the jungle but i feel like it might be the spellvap runes but they are mssing out on allot of damage
so who except for vlad does these runes work for ?

Crunchyfied1 votesNobody. Use spell vamp runes and masteries on nobody. Only time you should have spellvamp ITEMS (not runes and masteries) is for Vlad, Morde and Akali.

Champion Skin1 votesChampions who might use spell vamp quints? Ehh... Mundo Jungle (it helps his horrible early sustain) Maybe Karthus I guess could work? (his Q deals double damage and is counted as a single target ability when only hitting one target which makes spell vamp better then it usually would be)
Akali wouldn't not use it I think after all I think it would be more effective going AD wouldn't it?
