Viktor Jungle/Support?

Hey there! Master Fledgling here!

Well, it was only a matter of time until I broke the meta even harder. Or at least thought about it. While I don't think anything can ever replace Jungle Karthus now after a 13/8/20 game with him, my heart is infinite for unusual junglers and whacky supports. Karthus can't really support, but Viktor might be able to do BOTH.

The reasons I thought of this is primarily Viktor's Q and ... passive? I might just call it Viktor's item. Anyways, his Q gives him an empowered auto attack and a shield that scales off of AP (And AD, oddly enough -- I'd take him ADCing if I wasn't a trash ADC!) and his item gives him the early power that the new jungle appreciates. After your first round in the jungle, just about everyone can jungle.

I digress. Viktor's Q and his item also let him be a good poke support (in my head) as he does much of what Teemos and Zileans do with their Q's, his lack of range and blind made up for by the speed buff his gets and shield. Also, he has an AOE stun -- that's pretty sweet. I believe (correct me if I am wrong) his Q's empowered auto attack hits towers and can critical hit, making my favorite but rare spell thief and avarice blade combo work on him.
