I had a Support Ashe build before her re-work, but thanks to the re-work she can't be useful outside of her global E.
Like everyone else says, building AD means you're not building the support items that are needed for the whole team.
Yes, you can have a "kill lane" that basically gives you a free win in bot lane, but when it comes time for team fights your team will lose because of lack of utility. An Alistar knock up into a Yasuo 5 man ult is x100 better than a Caitlyn ult that will do very little damage due to low gold income.
With the new bruiser items out perhaps this is something that can happen maybe.
You can technically go AD on some support but to be honest usually the support is the meat sack of the team that has to take a few punches or prevent those punches hitting their team.
Some supports that could possibly go AD but bruiser-ish are Blitzcrank, Thresh and maybe even Leona. But these aren't optimal ways for these champions to be played. Though who knows perhaps we'll see support Garen/Pantheon from season 1 days with more Bruiser items but it is very unlikely.
Short answer: No. Because there just aren't any.
Because it's not so much a case of what the champion scales with but what kind of champion they are. Champions who are pretty good at the support role are and are chosen because they are tanks, have utility, or they are mages that can do well because they have utility and some poke besides their damage scaling. Those work pretty well in the support role, the lend strength to their team and can do well using their limited gold to buy inexpensive tank items or utility items. AD champions, on the other hand, they are Fighters, Ranged ADs, and some Assassins. These champions usually fair better with gold and tend to either not do well playing within support choices or would just simply be better elsewhere if they were picked.
You could very well take one bot lane and use them as a support. A team can take a champion, stack AD and go bot lane and have done so before; aim to take-down the opposing laners by going for a "Kill lane" and so on. But kill lanes aren't the "ADC&Support" choice anyway, so it defeats the idea from the start. So the reason it doesn't seem like there are any "AD Supports" because it's pretty pointless as a choice.
Jarvan, Lee Sin, Wukong, Rengar, Trundle... maybe even Pantheon. Of course these are generally kill lane supports with varying success.
Several months ago, one of my friends ran Urgot support for several weeks. It actually worked out, surprisingly, as long as the enemy team didn't realize you were both AD and just stacked armor.
One of the benefits to Urgot support was mind games during the pick/ban phase, because this was shortly after Keane ran Urgot mid, so everyone assumed Urgot was mid.
Sion being played support is the only AD I have seen in the support role.
Jarvan... i kid you not. The only problem with AD support is that their hasnt been an item created to Optimize with an AD champion. I guess mostly because it would be a kill lane. IF you want to have a complete ad support play an Adc with full AD runes and buy a Coin. if you ar good at not getting caught this method is gonna be a fun trip for you. This offers Lots of poke, Good 2v2 dmg (they dont know who to focus) and also gives splitpushing a whole new game mode. Riot simply hasnt made any Utility/AD items.
Another potential AD support is Olaf. He has the best level 1 dmg, offers CC and good base dmg. Using your ult, you can tank CC and put good pressure on the enemy Adc.
Lemonation was seen running support Olaf with good success.
The only good ones are J4, Sion and Xin Zhao. The rest suck and need too much gold.
Use Leona. Buy AD. Use Braum. Buy AD. Use Taric. Buy AD. Use Darius. Buy AD. Use Volibear. Buy AD.
You know, now that I think about it, it's not actually possible to support someone with AD. It's just NOT POSSIBLE
