how to get good ganks
when your jungler is in the bush go in for a trade instead of waiting for him to do something
this make him concentrate on fighting you and maybe burn his leap ( if he has one ) wich makes it easier to gank

That's not a great idea. Aggression makes a good player be more cautious. You should only go in to initiate a gank if you have a CC available and if you can land it. If you don't, wait for your jungler to make the move or else you'll end up wasting everyone's time.
I typically try to:
- Indicate when and where the enemy has warded
- Let my team know when they burn summoner spells
- Keep the wave in a gankable position (i.e. not shoved to the enemy tower constantly)
In general, you should wait for your CC and for the lane to be pushed up pretty well by the enemy.
