when your jungler is in the bush go in for a trade instead of waiting for him to do something

this make him concentrate on fighting you and maybe burn his leap ( if he has one ) wich makes it easier to gank

That's not a great idea. Aggression makes a good player be more cautious. You should only go in to initiate a gank if you have a CC available and if you can land it. If you don't, wait for your jungler to make the move or else you'll end up wasting everyone's time.

usualy when you trade they trade back han the jungler shows up and taxes the trade a bit

thnks to you iniating i dont have to use my gab closer so if he manages to get away i stil got the gab closer to finish him off

I typically try to:

Indicate when and where the enemy has warded
Let my team know when they burn summoner spells
Keep the wave in a gankable position (i.e. not shoved to the enemy tower constantly)
